Return and refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Opened or used items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return, without limiting your applicable rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

To request a return, email info@speedy-supply.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Photos may be requested if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Simply Simple will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not return the item to Simply Simple’s administrative address. Packages sent without authorization may be refused.

Return shipping costs

For a change of mind or an ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect, Simply Simple will cover the reasonable costs of an authorized return and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order by emailing info@speedy-supply.com, provided processing has not begun. Once the order has been processed or shipped, the return procedure applies.

This policy does not limit any rights or warranties provided by applicable laws, including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

Does it work with every bag?

Use only compatible plastic bags, following the instructions supplied with the product.
